Start Your Smile Journey Remotely

To plan your visit efficiently, please send the following items before you travel. This helps us to prepare a personalized treatment plan and time estimate.

Checklist 

   1.    Basic details: Full name, date of birth, country/city, nationality.
   2.    Contact & language: Phone (incl. WhatsApp), email, preferred language, time zone.
   3.    Main concern & goals: What bothers you? (pain, function, esthetics) Photos welcome.
   4.    Medical history: Conditions, surgeries, allergies, current medications, smoking/vaping.
   5.    X-rays / scans (last 6–12 months if available):
   6.    Smile & teeth photos (smartphone is fine)
   •    Frontal smile (relaxed + big smile)
   •    Left & right profile smiles
   7.    Timing & travel: Preferred dates in Istanbul, flexibility, need for sedation or interpreter.
